- Daily Inspection
Check whether the fuselage is loose, and whether the screws and curtains are tight;
Observe whether the wire rope is broken, worn, corroded or deformed;
Check whether the brake is flexible.
- Running status
Run the machine at no load before starting it, and listen to see if there are any abnormal sounds from the motor or gearbox;
Observe whether the wire rope on the drum is wound neatly to avoid tangled ropes or squeezing;
Check whether the motor temperature rise is normal.
- Regular lubrication
Use matching lubricating oil. When we pack, we will put a bottle of lubricating oil in the wooden box to help customers lubricate the machine;
When lubricating, be sure not to contaminate the brake equipment;
Clean off the old oil and then apply new lubricant.
- Wire Rope Maintenance
Check the rope end fixing point every week to see if it is firm；
Avoid friction between the wire rope and sharp edges, and install protective pads if necessary；
Keep the wire rope clean. In special cases, such as contact with water, seawater, etc., we have stainless steel wire rope to prevent corrosion.
- Standardized operation
Do not overload, and ensure the load is within the range；
Avoid frequent starting and stopping to reduce the loss of motors and brakes；
